Mavis Discount Tire

My visit to this Mavis Discount Tire location was wonderful. Staffed by very friendly and helpful team members. I needed two front tires from Cooper. They did not have it in stock and offered to have it delivered from their warehouse the same day. As promised they called when the tires arrived, installed them in short order with absolutely no drama. The transaction from start to finish was seamless and I am very thankful for the caring and efficient service that I received. A special thanks to Peter who went out of his way to greet me. I have been serviced at this location for several years and I totally trust them to get the job right the first time. Many thanks to all. I highly recommend this location to all.

Peter and John have been really good. They worked with me to ensure that my service was taken care of any timely manner. John was very honest about the issues that I dealt with concerning my problem of my vehicle and explain to me the cause of it and how to resolve it. Peter was very apologetic when there was a delay in the delivery of the product and ensure that I will be taking care of first thing when they came in. They honored that request. I want to thank both of these guys for their efforts to ensure that I was taking care of as a valued customer.

I had a great experience at Mavis thanks to Peter. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly. What really stood out was that he found me a discount without me even asking, which I truly appreciated. It’s refreshing to work with someone who genuinely looks out for the customer. The alignment was completed quickly, and the service was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend asking for Peter if you visit Mavis! Denise R

I made an online appointment which was supposed to have my tires delivered by the time arrived. When I arrived for my appointment my tires were not there. I had some apprehension and was about to cancel my entire appointment. However, Peter reassured me that my tires were on the way, and that he would call me as soon as my tires arrived. I told him I would give him one hour, he called me within 20 minutes. My tires were changed within the hour. Peter was so great and pleasant! Excellent customer service! I will definitely come back here.

"It's just a tire shop.." WRONG! I have visited many MAVIS locations and this one, for me, is the BEST. Every time I come in the service team (JOHN and FERNANDO especially) is AMAZING. They treat me like family. They are quick to get my car into the bay, and they never try to "upsell" me on services I do not need. In fact, on my latest visit I accidentally left my hoodie behind on the chair in the waiting room. I called as soon as I realized my mistake and FERNANDO was kind enough to hold on to it until I could come back the next day to pick it up. Small gesture, perhaps, but THIS is what CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about. I grew up in a small town where everybody "knows" everybody, so moving to the big city where everyone is just "a number," makes it hard to find an auto repair shop you can TRUST. I TRUST Mavis at this location on the corner of Boston Road and Conner Street. Please go in and see JOHN or FERNANDO. You will be treated with kindness, respect, and dignity. Yes, you can take my word for it.
